Self care through yoga during the staying home stuff.
Hello,
I have done a basic beginner video teaching standing poses for those that are completely new to yoga. Take a look, try it out and there will be more to come. This video is bare bone basic. no fancy yoga clothes to demonstrate that you can practice at home with what you have got.
I mention many times when I teach that so much of yoga has been studied scientifically, from the breath work techniques to the physical and the mental benefits. Yoga is not something you have to be flexible to do, you will gain it by practicing, it is not something you need to be perfect at as no pose is perfect because each body is different. All you need is yourself and space to practice in and a desire to do something good for yourself, completely.
There will be more to come on you tube, and in the near future I will begin Zoom classes and the payments will all be a set donation to the GBY3 Foundation.
